I approach YouTube the same way I approach engineering — like a system. I study what makes people click, what doesn’t, and why. That’s how I got into thumbnails: not for design, but for results.
Today, I focus purely on building thumbnails that compete in the feed and win attention using psychology, clarity, and structure — not guesswork.
